            Call to order at 7:30 PM by president Hilpertshauser. After opening comments and introduction of the head table Don Burrows Sr. gave the invocation. President Hilpertshauser then called for a moment of silence for deceased members.

            Ron Deckard, president of the host club Clearwater, gave his comments. Door prizes were drawn by Vicki Marteney and Verdell Woollard assisted by Dale Marteney and Harold Newsome.

            John Peplinski reported on the patch award stating that 29 members earned a 50 tournament patch. The following six members are the first to receive a 100 tournament patch. Ron Deckard, Howard and Regina Hawes, Marty Findley, Charles Short and Robert Zumbahlen.

            Junior Scholarship awards were conducted by Verdell Woollard. Hayden Cohen was the 2007-08 Junior Scholarship Award winner receiving a $1000.00 Scholarship Award. The John Reynolds Award for $100.00 was given to Leland Reynolds for being Junior Boy’s State Champion.

            Special Awards were presented by president Hilpertshauser.

Triple Crown award for 2006-07 was awarded to Ron Deckard

            Tournament Trophy Awards given by John Peplinski and Byron Jarrett.

            Hall Of Fame member’s recognition and introduction of new members given by Ron Deckard.

New members inducted Joe Robbins and Mike Tatonetti.

            Election results given by Joe West.

            Junior Scholarship Fund raffle drawing by Verdell Woollard and Ralph Condon.

First place prize of a cruise was won by Ralph Condon. Verdell reported $968 has been donated to the Junior Scholarship Fund.

            Closing comments given by president Hilpershauser. Meeting adjourned at 10.00 P.M. 93 members in attendance.
