Annual Club-Executive Council Meeting:
This meeting will take place on
Wednesday, April 18th, 2007 at 9:30 a.m. in the Discovery room, across from the
pool, at the Howard Johnson Motel. (Note Changes) Club Presidents
or representatives should attend this meeting to discuss and vote on By-Law
proposals, the schedule for next season's tournaments and other issues of
importance. Club presidents make sure you have a representative present at this
meeting. Important: If the Club President cannot attend then a name
of the club representative and alternate must be submitted to John Peplinski by
April 1 to be eligible to vote.
