COCKTAIL PARTIES AT THE STATE CLOSED

 

  The traditional cocktail parties at the State Closed Tournament will be held on Thursday and Friday night.  The Thursday party will begin at 6:00 pm and will continue through 8:00 pm and will be held at the horseshoe courts pavilion at Wickham park.  This party will conflict with the planned excursion to the gambling boat but this can’t be helped as we only have Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings to hold the party.  A cocktail party is planned for Friday night and the annual Awards Banquet is Saturday night.  Please plan to attend the cocktail party or enjoy a night of gambling on the party boat.

 

  The Friday night cocktail party will be held at the Howard Johnson’s motel in the Discovery room located across from the swimming pool.  The party will begin at 6:30 pm and conclude by 8:30 pm.

 

  The Brevard County Horseshoe Club will provide the snacks and the State Association will provide the beverages.  Drinks at the Thursday night party will be beer and soft drinks.  Drinks at the Friday night party will be cocktails, beer and soft drinks.

 

  These parties are always well attended and enjoyed by all.  So, attend and enjoy an evening with new and old friends alike.
