ARTICLE V, Section 3. Editor of Newsletter .$250.00
Change to: Editor of newsletter .$500.00
Reason: The allowance for the newsletter Editor has never been increased even
though the membership has tripled. This position requires many hours to prepare
for mailing. The Editor must keep a member data base the same as the
Statistician and Sec/Tres. A large space is required to store equipment.
Maintenance of the equipment and postal accounts are required.

Remove all references to game related items.
ARTICLE V, Section 2, Paragraph c, sub-paragraph 1, remove everything after assets;
1. be custodian of all funds, property, records and any other FSHPA Inc.
assets except those of the game-related sales program, which are under
the direction of the sales agent.
To now read: 1. be custodian of all funds, property, records and any other
FSHPA Inc. Assets.
ARTICLE V, Section 3; under expense allowances remove:
Game Related Sales Agent ..50 % of annual gross profit from GRI sales.
ARTICLE VI, APPOINTED OFFICERS, Section 1, sub-paragraph b,:
Remove: b. Sales Agent for game related items.
And replace with: b. Web Master
ARTICLE 6, APPOINTED OFFICERS, Section 2, sub paragraph b, remove items 1
through 5 and replace with:
b. The Web Master shall;
1. Maintain the FSHPA Inc. Internet web site under the direction of the
Executive Council.
2. Work with the FSHPA Inc. Publicity Director to include items of interest to
the general membership and casual observers.
3. Work with the Newsletter Editor in displaying the FSHPA Inc.s quarterly
Newsletter.
4. Display individuals tournament statistics and NATSTAT averages.
STANDING RULES, Paragraph 3; Remove last sentence;
3. The FSHPA Inc. Sales Agent and sub-distributors have first sales rights at
FSHPA Inc. sanctioned tournaments.
Reason: The FSHPA Inc. no longer has a Sales Agent.
