The banquet will be held at the Moose Lodge - 157 Dayton Blvd
Ticket should be ordered on your singles entry form. The cost is $15.00 per person.
A cash bar will open at 6:30 PM. Dinner will be served at 7:30 PM.
Dinner choices are roast beef or baked chicken.. Make your choices on the singles entry form.
The side dishes will be two vegetables, green beans, mashed potatoes, dinner rolls, desert, and coffee or tea.
Drinks may be purchased at a cash bar that will remain open during dinner and the awards presentation.
Drawings for door prizes will commence immediately prior to the awards. You may expect a large number and variety of prizes.
