Participation in the State Closed Tournament is limited to Florida residents that have pitched in 5 or more FSHPA Inc. sanctioned tournaments or 4 FSHPA Inc. sanctioned tournaments and an NHPA sanctioned league; excluding the 2007 State Closed Championship Tournament, during the period of April 1, 2007 and March 31, 2008.
